Taught by Ancha, and Karen or Antje, depending on the dates (see pull-down product menu), these weekends invite you to slow down and rediscover yourself through meditative movement using the ancient Taoist practice of Tai Chi as you enter into a Taoist immersion experience and discover the secrets of Nature. You will also be learning about mandalas from Ancha and acquiring holistic tools from the Taoist arts to help elevate your mood, health and energy levels in your daily life as you learn and practice the basic elements of Tai Chi. The movements you will learn are designed to flow with ease and joy for all skill levels and ages, and they will be modified, if needed, to suit the attendee's health conditions and abilities.
