Our specialty is to serve people who wish to take
a deep break from their own realities,
societal pressures, digital overload,
and a stressful life.

We hold space for you,
to either refresh yourself into the best you
or re-invent yourself from the inside out

PRIVATE or GROUP Primordial Sound MEDITATION or SILENT RETREATS

We love holding space for what feels important to you! Here you can let go, unplug and dive into yourself, your meditation or the writing of your next masterpiece!

Alone or with your small group, you can be catered to with healthy foods, a juice fast, or even a deep tissue cleanse for serious detoxing can be ordered ahead.

Upon your request we will offer a rich palette of healing treatments to pamper your body, open your mind and lift up your spirit!

Alternatively, you can live up to becoming the hermit you might be dreaming of being for a while to re-evaluate your job, heal from life events, and/or re-balance your self into your true brilliance once again!

Our lake swims will delight you as you explore the bird sanctuary that graces us. Once again, you will be grateful for seeing the blessings that surround us and which we can rediscover within, simply by putting aside life's demands for a little while!

EMF-SENSITIVE and DIGITAL DETOX RETREATS

These days, the world's technology can overwhelm a sensitive person. If you are in the corporate world or simply using a computer, then you know that the addiction is deep.

Even young children seem to have withdrawal symptoms due to the overuse of digital technology at school, in playrooms or while alone playing or doing homework.

Not to even mention the potential health problems and digital sensitization that can result from EMF exposure that bombards us everywhere we go!

As health enthusiasts and alternative healers, light workers and educators, we recognize the need for a getaway from the digital world.

We all need time away from the madness we have created through our acceptance of the societal systems and structures which render us less and less happy, healthy and holy.

This is your open invitation to satisfy a reasonable request from your right mind that cannot wait for you to rediscover the simple joys and creative flow that is our birthright!

WOMEN"S WISDOM AND SoulFul ART PRIVATE or GROUP RETREATS

These retreats are nothing less than deeply nurturing and validating of your innate feminine intuitive process! These retreats are offered at the Hermitage monthly from May through December.

The empowerment you will discover through various yogic tools will rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit! Consider committing yourself for eight months to taking two to four day retreats each month. This practice will become a must to stay at your best in your daily life.

We explore a new chakra each month and all of its implications for your physical and emotional issues. You will also learn how to use yogic tools and vibrational healing modalities, which you can take anywhere and use anytime.

Our daily meditation and gentle yoga, fresh juice menu, and the creation of your personal mandala will be a total reset and can become your daily tools for enjoying a holistic lifestyle!

The entire series is highly recommended, as it will enable new graceful and soulful facets of your personality to shine! In between retreats and once enrolled in the entire series, you can enjoy the online daily practices we offer to support your consciousness expansion between retreats.

FAMILY EMPOWERMENT RETREATS

This will be an adventure woven through exploration of your hearts and the excitement of intimately-shared creativity

Establish strong bonds among you while envisioning the next year's goals in your family's heart matters when your children are young may be the most essential way to uphold your family's values in a crumbling society! Each will be honored and included to create an equality in the creative process.

Children are often our best teachers in many ways, and creating with your child will open many locked doors which never were revisited due to often forgotten experiences which shut us down from our creativity!

You will get closer to each other as you create and take home what will throughout the future years become your most precious family heirloom created together: your collectively envisioned and created art!

Your family's masterpiece will be precious and memories will take you right back to your family values which will open your hearts over and over again!

YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMS (YEP)
We also offer Youth Empowerment Programs or YEPs at our Hermitage as day-long workshops and 3-day retreats with a maximum of eight students. We also offer them in schools and for homeschooling groups at your chosen locations as special enrichment programs for young people.

HERMITAGE RENTAL AND MORE!

We welcome facilitators who wish to offer day-long workshops and
two to four day retreats at Spirit Lake Hermitage.

We also offer work-trades programs and
volunteering in our developing permaculture gardens!
