PLEASE NOTE:
In our retreats, we focus on quality and depth of experience, so we only host circles of 12 people at a time.
Participants should plan on arriving by 3pm on Fridays or Tuesdays, depending on the retreat, if you choose to camp on our land free of charge instead of making your own AirBnB arrangement in our area.
Our Opening Circle is at 4:30pm and dinner runs between 5:30-6:30pm on the first day of your circle (Tuesdays or Fridays)
Our last Circle closes by 4pm on last day of retreat (Thursdays or Sundays) & the gates will be closed by 4:30pm.

IMPORTANT INFO for RETREAT PARTICIPANTS:
- Deposit reserves your space in the retreat of your choice thus it is non-refundable if you cancel.
- As hosts, if we have to cancel, we will refund your retreat deposit.
- Our enrollment closes a week before the retreat to ensure sufficient preparation.
- Retreats will only be offered with a minimum of 4 enrollees, or your deposit will be refunded.
- Encourage others to join you or be on our waiting list in case of cancellation.
- Act early and enroll as soon as possible to get our Early Bird Discount ($50 deducted at arrival).
- Your liability waiver agreement form must be signed upon your registration. Just upload an image of your signed printed document or the electronically-signed PDF. View and download the document at the base of this page.
- Everyone will be asked to fill out our Testimonials and Constructive Suggestions Form before they leave.
- Whispering or silence is requested after 10pm and before 8am in consideration of others (both fellow participants and our neighbors).
- If any problem arises, take it up directly with the event organizer or Ancha!
- If for any reason you wish not to be disturbed, please wear our “In Silence” badge.
- Please inquire about accommodation during workshops when you call to register. We have an airbnb

Those with skills needed by the Hermitage including: gardening, landscaping, basic construction, food preparation, and retreat setup and cleanup, can exchange their time for a deduction from workshop fees at the rate of $20/hour performed in advance of the retreat/workshop of choice up to a maximum of $250 discount.
